NASCAR Geico 500

Races at Talladega are very unpredictable, and this GEICO 500 might be the most unpredictable ever. The final simulation calls for Chase Elliott to win, but his average finish in the runs was just 10.5, and there are 24 drivers with average finishes between 10 and 20. Typically at these Superspeedway drafting tracks, I look to drivers like Joey Logano and Ryan Blaney. Their Penske Racing teammate Austin Cindric and Denny Hamlin are also always a factor here as well. On the list of top underdogs, I would consider would be Bubba Wallace, William Byron, Chris Beuscher, and even deeper, Erik Jones or RIcky Stenhouse.
