Not a big chalk fan,but Temple has a lot to overcome here.New coach, no answers at QB and not going into a hospitable environment.Owls should have scheduled FCS opponent for opener.Irish have tools to turn this into route. I like Irish here.

2* Cal Poly +7.5 vs SJ.St

Spartans favored even over FCS team is scary.Cal-Poly opened with loss to Colgate last week, but they play in a strong FCS conference and lost last 2 meetings with FBS Arizona.St and Nevada by 17 points combined in 15&16 seasons.I like Cal-Poly. GL

Usually not up for laying the heavy chalk, but this game smells like a 21+ blowout to me.I do think Temple will be competitive in American Atheletic.Not here though.
