but what is the point?

I don't understand why the NFL requires these guys to sit through these interviews when questions are being asked such as "What is your favorite type of stuffed animal?" or "Which celebrity would you most like to meet?"

I get that these guys are public figures with big salaries, but these media days are becoming, and possibly always were, complete jokes.
