To add more fuel for the Over:

Dallas is 6-0 OVER in road games against conference opponents and 14-4 OVER in road games after allowing 300 or more passing yards in their last game

Green Bay is also 6-0 OVER in home games against conference opponents and 7-1 OVER after 1 or more consecutive wins against the spread
