 troy/uab wash/haw

so troy and wash are getting over 80% of the public money and yet the line has moved in the opposite direction 3 point for troy and 2.5 for wash. deal or no deal? wash, according to foxsheets, is getting 98%. thoughts

My opinion is typically more skewed to underdogs, so with that being said, I like Rutgers +8 out of this bunch.WSU got blasted last year by PAC-12's stronger teams. Really like Over here
