This is simply too large a number to expect Tulane to meet.Nonconference Tulane looked good against cupcake schedule, January hasent treated them as well and Rice matches up well here and I think can stay under double digits. I will take points as I dont see a very average 13-6 Tulane team being very motivated here for blowout.
