 moneyline parlay odds ?

How do you calculate the payout of a moneyline parlay ? Is it the average of the moneyline times a percentage then number or what ? I am just curious if anyone knows this formula. I am maybe looking at doing some of these once the NCAA tournament starts but I am not sure if there is any real value in it.Thanks for any help.
