And the refs and players don't know what the line is

They actually wasted all of our time reviewing that garbage

tiger..

that was the most bizarre and long booth review in the history of the league. cant call it fixed but the booth review was completely unnecessary and the suspense lasted forever.................that much i know...........

well since the line was 4.5 at most books wether they went for 2 or not didn't matter for most people. definitely not fixed, just a bad beat.

The line was 5.5 in Vegas and 5 in most places online. My only 2 wagers Sunday were KC +13 & Chi +5, proof positive that lightning can strike twice in the same place.

Smart coach

Actually it was the right move. Those 2 points gave them a 6 point lead. If chicago scores a touchdown ,it's a tie game until they kick the extra point. It's a long shot but it still gave them a chance for a tie.

U may be correct

But I have watched a ton of football over the last 30 years and have never seen a coach go for two to make the lead 6 as opposed to 5...very tough loss to swallow after being on the right side for the entire second half

Me to...lol

Just a bad beat but this one is on Cuttler. 1st and goal from the five and he sticks it right in the DT's gut........and the fake punt...WTF was that. Going for two was the right move even tho having the Packers @4.5 I hated it.

why wouldn't a coach go for 2 there? if you make it it puts you up 6 & you give yourself a very slight chance of going to OT even if the bears go down & score. chances of them missing an extera point are probably around 1% but if you don't make the 2 pt conversion your still up 4 so a fg still does the bears no good. it was definitely the right move even if it only increased the chances of winning slightly. that's what these guys get paid to do, give their teams every concievable chance to win. like i said, packer backers were the ones sweating it out for the most part & i'm fairly sure most of the public was on the packers since they were a primetime home favorite. vegas probably lost a little on that one.

yeah the line was 4.5 and if they kick the field goal then for sure Chi backers are screwed but by going for 2 it gave us alittle hope. but it was a strange call for sure.

Right

The time spent reviewing the call was almost comical..but the bad beats do even out at the end of the day...I guess it was payback to me for winning my cowboys first half bet through complete luck and stupidity on the part of leftwich

Some College coaches maybe, but not one NFL coach gives a rat's ass about the spread.

Why the hell wouldn't you go for two? I had Bears +5 so I got burnt too but it never once crossed my mind that it was fixed (I do believe in fixes to some extent)... The booth review TRIED as hard as possible to help us but couldnt

Exactly marlee. People cry "fix," far too often when they lose. Fixes never seem to happen when you win though, odd.
