severely lower your play amounts, and go larger on the select few.

As long as what he posts wins why all the hate ? I mean yea I admit we don't know if he plays that kind of $ on his plays or (I don't atleast look all over to see where he got his lines. But my point here is if the winning % is there and he wins (most) of his big stuff who cars what the vig or number was. Most of the time the number he posts and the one most get covers anyway..

Don't worry about it man, you like I have multiple books to shop lines and buy from that point. I always get great lines and so does wojo for that matter and no one questions him (and they shouldn't).

Michiah,

I think all of us at one time or another feel that way.
Tough to be disclipined in this business.
Bottom line is you gotta do what's best for you.
I truly believe success can only come to those who are disclipined and use good money management.
I fall victim to this at times. Questioning my plays. Wondering why i didn't unload on a game that I thought was that dreaded word we sometimes use..."lock".
Nothing is a lock.
Trends and Capping surely do help, but the bottom line is the teams have to go out on the field an execute.
I think the problem betting alot of games is the juice.
There's a HUGE difference in going 4-0 and 3-1, as well as 0-4 and 1-3. That's the risk you take when you bet alot of games.
Anyway, keep your head up and give yourself a break. Nothing can change the outcome so don't dwell on it.

BOL in whatever you do

I belive that you have to look at the value of the games that you play and not the amount of games played. If you know, or have a gut on a few games, play um. Try not to win all of them.

but hey bro dont worry about it. it will get better. But for sure you need to bet WAY less games try keeping it to like 5 or less. i will be here next week with my pick and we will get you back in the winning ways.
Hope all is well
Good luck

Labor Day is was up...

over 4K and was living the good life up in Saratoga Springs. That 4+K is gone. I hit the skids that was torture. Some of the ways that I lost similar to the way we've all lose the close ones. It was brutal ! I JUST got off the schnied with the Redskins today. So far it's my only play today. Limiting the number of games played is enourmous !! Almost a month of losing playing every day. I'm hoping that this is now going to be my turn. If not I might be joining you on the sidelines for a while. When you win and win for a while you think that it's easy. You start losing and you keep picking loser after loser after loser............. We've all done it, and it really does get discouraging.

Re quiting

My friend I was like that years ago. I bet the board and lost my ass, day in and day out. Bet $100.00 per game

May I suggest that you follow a couple of college teams very closely and bet on them or against them.

Example I follow ACC very close. I go to all the web pages and listen to the coaches conference calls every Wednesday. I listen for tidbits of information and then when I think I have an edge I exploit it. I follow MD very closely and it has been very successful for me
Game 1 VS Delaware. No line
Game 2 Middle Tenn State I bet $800 on MTS due to the fact that I had heard from several people that the team was having bad practices and that they were not taking the game very seriously.
Game 3 Vs CAL I bet $1,000.00 on the line at +16 and bet $500.00 money line at +460
Game 4 E Mich I bet over 49-the total $500
Game 5 Vs Clemson. $bet 1000 at +11 and $300.00 money line at + 350

The poiint is that if you employ these tactics and don't get involved in every game you will be much better off. No one beats the book betting 10 to 20 games per Saturday. another thing unless it is a team you really follow stay away from TV games these are the ones the books get the line on 99% of the time.

Take a week or two off and them jump back in and bet a couple of games PERIOD

Solution to your problem!!....

Hello Micaiah,

For what its worth, the next time you go to bet on anything, show a friend what you like, then bet the opposite. Man, you'd be stepping in high cotton now. Paranoid is another word.......whatever I bet on the other team wins......somebody doesn't want me to win??. We have all been there I'm sur.

Good luck in whatever you decide to do.

Jerilee

Happy Birthday to Jerry Lee Lewis........today is his birthday and he is 73.........
