Marbles..
Ohio state was a very very over welming public favorite yesterday, but thats besides the point.
Statfox should think about getting a moderator for this site. Its cool if he wants to post a thread about osk but it gets out of hand all the time which makes the forum shiit sometimes.

Today I took the colts and was the first time I have gone against Osk. I even posted in his thread about my reason for fading this particular game. But trust me there have been many many times I thought Osk was off but followed his pick and was very very happy I did. Osk is a solid capper I don't understand why people like you continue to bash him. Keep up the great work Osk and don't even think twice about responding to this douche bag.

I go against the public 75% of the time, ive had 14 winnings months in a row.
For the most part the public will be wrong. Lets say i know 50 people who wager on sporting events, i know for a fact 45 of them dont win.
During the NCAAF championship game i was in a room full of guys from the midwest saying that OHIO STATE will win cause they have the Heisman winner and they are #1 in the country, they all called their bookies, well u know how that ended.
Walk through a sportsbook in vegas, pick out 30 squares(you will know who they are) who have tickets ask them who they are on, if a majority of them are on one side i know for a fact they will lose 7/10 times. Its how they build those 500million dollar casinos.

The are many sports handicappers with many different philosophies. Some "fade the public":, while others pay no attention to that. Some watch line movement, others claim line movement doesn't matter. Simply fading the public isn't going to win you money in the long run, nor is playing line movement. There are many, many aspects involved in handicapping sports successfully, and Osk is about as good as it gets in mixing all these aspects into consistent winners.
Bottom line is this, this forum is used for sharing ideas, helping others, and learning from others. If you have absolutely nothing to contribute and aren't willing to learn, then get the hell out. Osk's record speaks for itself. Come in, look at his picks, fade them if you wish, and lose your ass in the long run. The best handicappers you will ever find are still going to miss 40% in the long run. Over the course of time, the best of the best are going to go through rough stretches and if you don't realize that just then you haven't been doing this long enough. Nothing is a lock, and nobody is going to hit 70-75%. The linesmakers are too good, and there is no way to hit 75% long-term. Blindly tailing someone is the worst thing anyone can do, simply because who are you going to tail? Choose someone that has hit 70% over the last several weeks and you are bound to latch on as they hit a dry spell. This forum is about helping each other, and you, OBVIOUS, have worn out your welcome already.
