5* Bowling Green/Akron Under 71.5

BG plastered on defense consistently this season but faces an Akron team that they have held to 20 or less in 5 straight meetings and also a Zip team that outside of 65 point outburst against Marshall earlier has scored 35 or less in 7 of other 8 games vs FBS foes.So even here I dont think Zips have firepower to pour it on.

On flipside, Akron defense has done nice job against lower tier MAC teams and worth noting that Under is 36-17 in Zips last 53 conference games and 37-16 in Falcons last 53 conference tilts. I have a hard time thinking this game will get above mid 60s and like Under. GL

Lets get it.

Thanks Mark, I have seen these 2 play a few times this year and both can look ugly on offense, especially BG, so I am expecting sloppy game and although I expect points, I wouldnt be surprised to see this a 23-20 type game late in fourth.

Hopefully they aren't tied and it goes into o.t. It could very well go over the total if that occurs.
