Before Steve was killed, according to the first Jamaican police report, he was killed, he told me something.
He came home, about eight months before he left the world, and said, "Tous les monde son croche". Just as he opened the door! Six pack in hand.
It means all the world is crooked, as I may have mentioned.
So we had more than a few beers, but just enough, for him to tell me exactly how the real estate fraud worked.
That was luck! He gave me a clue, before he was killed. At the time I certainly did not trust his girl past my elbow, but know I new for sure.
See, Steve did not actually know, I was sworn to anything big time. As I will not tell you, I would not tell him.
Army guys can relate. You know where the secret ship is, where it is hidden, blah blah, don't tell anyone!!!
And you do it for King and Country. : )
