Man, did these guys go into the toilet!! First the starters started coughing up runs...then the starters tightened up, and the bullpen (once our pride) fell apart...and of course nobody could hit themselves out of a paper bag.

If you have ever participated in sports, then you know that once in a while, a definitive moment occurs, which uplifts the team and gives them a second wind. I believe that moment occured yesterday. Once again, the pitching is fabulous, yet cough up the lead in the eigth...Game over right?

Here comes the kicker...Brandon Belt, who was ripping the ball when he sustained a broken hand, finally returned...Two run shot to win it in extra innings!!

Will this be the catalyst that provides them with a chance to match up with those damn Dodgers in the second half of the season?

Only time will tell.....
