Public seems to be on the Colts and the sharps took the field goal. Trends are mixed maybe a slight overall lean towards the Titans. I'm looking at the Quarterbacks again.
Ryan Fitzpatrick one of the most inconsistent QB during the past 5 seasons. Since the 2008 season he has lead his team to consecutive wins but 6 times. 0 - 4 in his last home dog starts. In 77 career games he has only played three at night. His rating in those contests...61.2 Even with Indy's secondary beat up the most prop plays involving him don't seem very high. In 4 games this season he has 5 fumbles and 4 interceptions. Indy should be looking to stop the run and force Fitz to beat them.
Mr. Luck is coming off his worst game of his short career. With that said, Houston has his number at home. Last year he was just 13 of 28 / 186. He missed Wayne as well, so I'll give him a pass. Everything else aside, the kid is a winner. He is 5 - 2 in Indy's last 7 on the road and he has not lost back to back games in his short career. At Stanford he lost two in a row once and it occurred in back to back road games his first season. In those two losses he was 33/65 /649 5 TD 1 INT.
Both teams are pretty equal with a efficiency rating rank of 17 for Tennessee and a 21 rating for Indianapolis.
Indy after a loss this season has looked darn impressive.
Granted the Colts running game is a joke (Ranked 21st), they are ranked 9th in yards per carry. I think they deal out a nice dose of Brown and SLOW Trent.
Tennessee's last three home game rating with he spread is <31.5>
Luck spots them 14 and goes...23 of 36 for 230, rushes for 31 yards on 9 carries and a touchdown. Controlled the clock and showed a lot of poise when the Colts were imploding in the first half. Every week the "media" keeps saying he is due to lose a few and he pulls it out again. What this kid has done in his first season and a half is impressive. Cutting down on the turnovers and his play action is getting better. Plus the pressure of following Manning. May not look good on paper, but he is 18 - 8.
