St Louis -2. Tier one
Other plays I have played these as money line plays.
Except the dogs.
I'll Chi +1.5
La.laf -2
S.Utah -1
E. Washington -2-
Portland +5.5

I think you're looking at different games, Portland is +16' against santa Clara and Portland st is +5' against Montana
