sec is best conference hands down
especially those at the top
but the last 6 bcs bowls have absolutely zero to do with this one

that would b like if i told u nd has NEVER lost to bama in a bowl game
1973 national champs over bear bryant
how is that relevant to now?

auburn won 2 years ago and went winless in conference and got coach fired
how does their nc win impact nd-bama or georgia?

also
as for this year
notre dame beat 9 bowl leigible teams
10 if pitt wins today
that is more than bama and georgia combined

and as for this year sec
top teams didnt even play each other for the most part
they were too busy beating up on kentucky mississippi miss st auburn
west carolina florida international and georgia southern

the sec champ may very well win and cover
but our defense is every bit as good as any team in the sec
our offense will struggle to score no doubt
but against the stronger teams on our schedule we allowed 13 points or less to every single one
mich st 6
mich 6
miami fla 3
stanford 13
oklahoma 13
usc 13

with exception of miami
everyone of those teams was ranked when we played them
and ranked even higher at the beginning of the season
and miami was coming in off back to back 50+ point performances
just sayin

best of luck in miami!

If Bama

ND loses by 3-5

If Georgia

ND wins by 3-5

That defense is good! Ask USC

Also, ask Oklahoma who was a 14 point fav at home and ND beat em outright!

Ok & USC suck. Last time I checked Chicago was not in Indiana. Shouldn't u be an Illinois fan instead of bandwagon Irish ?

I don't like ND. Dogged em all year Luca. Credit where credit is due. Oklahoma is a good team. Esp @ home.

Dr. Tony went and graduated from Notre Dame.

So i think he earned the right to route for his team. Been on them the past few years. He's definately not a fair weather fan or bandwagon jumper as you stated.

SEC not as impressive as usual, maybe overrated in general.

Just look at what A&M did after moving there. Losses to ranked teams in the Big 12 became wins in the SEC. Maybe they just got much better? Just saying that maybe they are a little overhyped especially this Alabama team that is nowhere near as good on D as last year.

Just saying, that game will answer some questions.
