lippsman, your post
was nothing short of fascinating, and I hope you will let us know more about your history on the ice. My wife and I have taken a grandchild skating on the ice in Glens Falls NY, and I assumed it was or is a venue for important hockey matches, but other than that, closer to professional hockey I have never come.
All four of my kids skate like angels, but as for me, to stop, I have to find something solid to run into.
So where did you play--and where do you play? what is the blue line? and what does it mean Smith or Jones was "credited with a hit ?
For the last few years, with varying rates of success I have followed hockey, entirely because of your sponsoring this thread, but never realizing you were a player rather than just an onlooker.
And last, why do Zac and other people from the South where the temperature never gets to freezing come off so well in handicapping the cold weather sport?
Kindest regards,
Lem
