Some info:
URI -3@Fordham
Late for the Fordham game. Fordham is usually a good home dog. Just hard for me to put money on them.
Charlotte@GW -3
No doubt Charlotte is the better team here. GW has been starting a bunch of youngsters this year and playing tough, especially at home. 49ers coming off a big 2h comeback win at home vs Xavier on Wed. GW coming off 2 road wins. Just putting a lean on GW.
Duq@Dayton -16
Duq has been getting thrashed. Even by Fordham. Gives up a ton of open shots. Dayton is one of the toughest venues for visitors. They can name the score today. Playing the 1h -9.
StL -2@St Bonnie
Played the Billes early. Bonnies off 2 straight road wins in Philly, St Joe's and Temple. Hit double digit 3s in both games. StL is one of best at defending the 3. Mitchell should have a big game against the Bonnie backcourt.
X@St Joe -5' o/u 125'
Galloway, St Joe's leading scorer, had his eye poked in the last game. Only played about a quarter. Bonnies then rolled. (And I lost) He's had a tough year. Got his front teeth knocked out early in the year and now a scratched cornea. Sounds like he's playing though. Tough game for me to play, but I'm liking the points. Tailed MSU for the 1h, X +3. If Galloway is out, will definitely be on the Xmen. Waiting til tip to confirm.
Temple@Butler-5 o/u 131
This has under written all over it. But....Rumor has it that Clark will play today. Has missed the last 3. Cleared and practiced the last couple days. Temple has played to their competition this year. Should be a close one. Taking the points seems prudent. Waiting for the Clark confirmation though.
LaSalle@VCU -11 o/u 140
LaSalle had a big home win over Butler on Wed. Don't know if their heads are in the clouds or not. VCU an OT loss at Richmond. If this was 2-3 years ago, this one would be ugly. Turnover wise, I'm talking about. LS was one of the worst in giving up the ball, around 20 per. This year, one of the best at not giving it up. VCU lives on them, #1 in the nation. In the Richmond game, the Spiders would break the press and then run their offense. LaSalle will break it and run. In the case they don't break it, VCU runs. This one has pace written all over it. Playing the over. 11 points is a ton to this Explorer team. I'm laying off the side though (for now), simply because of the situations involved. VCU's comeback at home?...... vs LaSalle's big heads on the road?
