Bodog actually will no allow bets from Quebec.

It is a "Mohawk" thing.

This one was pretty easy actually.

The Quebec government was trying to score a deal with the Mohawk. It fell through.

Then the Quebec government went after them, so Bodog stopped.

Kind of double dealing really.

The Mohawk are actually a nation in Canada. Well, sort of. It is a reservation thing.

It was so muddled in law, neither side was going to win.

Many Euro books were using the Mohawk to enter American gaming markets. It looked like a safe wager.

But we all know, there is never a safe wager!!! lol!!!

The difference with Betfair, is major banks are backing them, and some very serious money.

Smaller books do not have the backing Betfair does. They are way too small to pay the legal fees.

Wow.....

Big disappointment! Was with WSEX for many years, they turned into a sh-ithead book so I opened an account with BetJam a few years ago. I liked them a lot! Too bad : ((

Anybody do this transfer to Heritage?

If so, have you tried a withdrawal yet and how did it go?

You want to find out the the law, as it applies to the USA and Costa Rica.

That is the connection. If the books feel safe there, all is well.

I have no idea of the laws of Costa Rica.

It maybe be illegal to not drink on the beach, I dunno...

It gets worse. That is not the fatal flaw.

It is what they call the connecting bank.

It is just slang for how the money makes it to the USA.

For example, if I take money directly out of Betfair, and send it to TD Bank in Canada, by bank wire, it actually goes to a bank in New York, then to Canada.

The bank in New York, is the connecting bank. It is simply making the connection, hence the slang.

I thought you all knew this. lol!

No, I know you did not. : )

TD bank uses Bank of America.

It is easy to find. Call your bank!!!

Ask for the Swift code. Then the IBAN number. You will then know the connecting bank!

Do not make mistake, and ask for the TALIBAN. I know how people doodle on paper... (That sure sounds like TALIBAN to me...).

Stop doing that when a bank puts you on hold!!! ROFL!!!

Think Supertramp and stay focused!!!

It is that easy kids.

And I am just a punk off the street!

I am not out to hurt any book, in anyway shape or form. I am out to save you people some money.

Get those numbers, before you do anything. It is no biggie, just say your rich aunt in Monaco is sending you money to a used Yugo.

I might go with a better car...

You do not all have to be all secret about it. But I would not say a book. lol!!!

And do not transfer 20K a pop!!! Go slow and easy. I cannot tell about the radar yet. I got to check first.

It is the way I drive man. No DUI for me. Possibly a MOD. (Music overdose...).

I know why some people may not favor my style of writing.

One, I have to be careful I do not break banking law. I have not.

It is all public domain.

The only reason I know a lot of this stuff, is because I am the type, to put $25 to $400 in or so, and I do not like to lose.

I hate losing. lol!!!

For sure I love the pay checks!!!

We need a smoke and a longer song....
