Colts/Bears Super Bowl XLI 2-04-07

for what it's worth.
first i would like to say thank you to the forum, everybody seems to bring something to the table & i use it. remember we all go through slumps, so take it easy on us when we do, i know it tears me up to post a loser. as i did this i used parts from you guys, too numerous to mention, so here goes. i will rattle around so sorry before hand. i believe in the old saying that defense wins championships & the stat that someone came up with that no team since 1985 with a defense lower than 11th ranked has won a Super Bowl, Bears #3. no team that has lost 3 games in December has ever gone on to win the Super Bowl, Colts lost 3 in december. this might be a little scewed with the extended season, but still good anyway. since Super Bowl IX in 1975 with Steelers defeating the Vikings 16-6 the total has gone over 35 , 30 of 31 games. the streak was broken last year at 21-10. why did i bring up 35? that seems to be a magical number in playoff games as 58% of playoff games have gone over that total in the last 23 years. in the last 30Super Bowls the over has hit at a 61% clip. the Bears are 13-4-1 over for the year & for the Colts 9-10. alot is being said about special team plays & defense, which tends to lead to or setup quick scores. i don't expect anyone to follow my logic here as i'm going for another wierd trifecta, so i'll play,
Colts/Bears over 48
Colts/Bears under 10 1st quarter
Colts/Bears over 14 2nd quarter
YTD
NCAA BB 82-49-5
NCAA BB Next 3 20-20-1
NBA 16-21
NCAA FB 66-41-6
NFL 22-21-3
