Its a chilly drissly night in Hamilton today, which just about sums up the hamilton football teams season. On the other hand, the BC Lions are looking to clinch home field advantage through the playoffs and can accomplish that with a win tonight. So there is plenty of incentive for BC tonight to come out roaring and win.

BC's defense is stout and Hamilton will have problems all night trying to score especially with their anemic pass offense. BC should be able to pound the ball on the ground and attach thru the air with confidence. I would expect BC to come out of the gates fast and hard to put the game out of reach and coast thru the 2nd half to avoid any injuries. With the slick field, I would expect more running the ball as well , thereby killing the clock.

It appears that BC will win their game making the SSK game inconsequential. SSK will probably play tough in the beginning, but save their starting QB for the playoffs and avoid injury.

Edmonton needs the game to get into the playoffs with some extra help. All the motivation with the Eskimos.
