Well finally week 3 of pre-season is over, which ends it in my eyes.
Pittsburgh -3
OK, the stats are overwhelming.
Coach Reid 12-22 preseason
Eagles 1-6 SU road pre-season last 3 years
Eagles 6-22 SU 28 on the road.
Eagles 2-11 FG or less
Eagles 1-6 in last 7 years in week 3 of preseason.
SO why is Pittsburgh only favored by 3?????
Throw thoughs records out the window.
Eagles defense plays just as strong and well as Pitts, a little less at home
McNabb is a better QB than Big Ben in my eyes but how long will they leave him in? Rough Pitt D might bang him into next week.
Pitts offense still isnt clicking on all cyclinders, Ben in for half or 3 quarters? Charlie Batch isnt playing, I guess they want a good look at the other two QB’s
Eagles offense is better than Pitts
The home field advantage is what gives Pitt the edge by FG, and who knows what happens once the starters are out.
