Handicapping etc!!

This is a rough Business.

We should share our ideas, reasons and selections.

Bottom line:

If we are making money and helping others make better selections I am sure a Full time Gambler, Investor would BUY the Fox Sheets.

I have seen many streaks and systems in my handicapping years.

Hell, when I was younger I got my neighbor's child to throw a dart at a BB schedule. :-) He Hit 18 games in a row:-) It then came to an end :-( Had a fly in a Budweiser clock and where it landed I bet the team:-) many dumb funny stories:-)

Seriously!

Over my long years of handicapping, The number 1 factor that I seen is Stat information, keeping up with all information, putting in time, hard work and discipline MONEY MANAGEMENT.

The baseball system that I been using for years is a bit complex.

Basically, I combine a number of factors or variables to make my selections.

Bottom Line Pitching wins Championships.
Good pitching stops good hitting.

Also both of those in reverse
Going against bad pitching.

I always use a pitcher that's been in rotation.
(Pitching every 4, 5 days)

ERA must be getting better;
Hits must be lower than innings pitched.

Is he a ground ball pitcher or fly ball pitcher?

Is he pitching in a hitter's park or Pitchers Park?

How deep is he going in his games? 6,7, 8 innings.

Opposing teams hitting. Have they been slumping scoring runs, etc?

Walks, strike outs.

I factor in the Bullpen

The last 3 games are powerfull.

Weather

Streaks

I love going against a regular pitcher when he gets out of rotation.
Due to DL list or minor injury.

Made allot money going against some BIG Pitchers or regular pitchers when that happened: (Maddox, Martinez, Johnson, etc.)

If there is chance of rain I will not bet.
Delays annoy good pitchers

There is a feel I get for teams after a while.

I noticed for years that after the all-star Game, handicapping baseball becomes more consistent for me.

Really, most baseball stats can be found FREE on the Internet.

I usually get Statfox for basketball and Football. The reason I have been buying StatFox for baseball is because of NICKS STAR SYSTEM, and to see any new ideas I can get on this forum.

When I see someone rolling Like Nick's system and it matches my handicapping selections. I add a few more units. Its been working very well so far. Streaks all end. You must get that feel!

I learned years ago that I would never buy a TIP or bet my hard made money on someone else's decision.

I am an OLD businessman. Been self employed all my life (55 years) :-) wow where did the time go! :-)

There is no sure winning system out there.

IT TAKES Hard Work!

Lets all help each other!

Good Luck all!
