Rules are Rules. JustDave's 3rd Annual MLB Tourney is closed to new participants. I intentionally created a very large window of opportunity for players to sign up. Opening it back up now would be unfair to the current players. I cannot support such a rule change.

I suggest that Statfox open another contest to accomodate all of their new membership.
