Made a payment yesterday for March Madness FoxSheets special and still can't access FoxSheets. I sent a message, called and left a message and now this.
Just another case of companies on autopilot. Once they get your money, customer service is nonexistent. I am so pissed a t Directv and Att. I think i have spoken to every English faker in India with no luck getting ahold of anyone in the U S.
Every company is moving towards overseas support it seems. Trump should outlaw that for sure.

tex , i can't even start to tell you and the world the HOURS AND FACKIN HOURS I'VE SPENT ON THE PHONE TO FRONTIER (VERIZON) this year. not one call has been under an hour and some over 3 !!!!!!!!!!!!
