Crazy odds posted and it would seem as though you have a ton of value in dog. Last outing the kid was tagged for 3 against the twinks and pulled after 3. Santana pitching well down the stretch and has done well on the road all season. Yanks bats have cooled off but I'm not worried about this game. Bottomline they know that they are going to need to help out Severino today with some run support, in the event he has some 1st playoff start jitters. Not to mention he has to face the team that had him pulled in his shortest game of the season. The season trend for the yanks is when Severino is on the bump they put up runs. This season they have gone over 4.5 runs 11-4 in Severino starts, when playing at home they have gone over 4.5 runs 8-1. Like the yanks to take this game and I don't see the trend getting bucked here.
agree with all those stats....being a die hard, this game scares the hell outta me.
if yanks didn't throw 5 or 6 games away the bosox would be in this sudden death situation.bol tonight.
Good to see you flip. A few of the old names popping in on what is one of slowert wagering days of year! Boards are freaking clear except NBAX for tonight
Good to see some of the old regulars are still around. Kent it was a great season for the restaurant, last year did a major renovation and it made all the difference in the world. Was ready to open another restaurant this past season, was a week away from opening and then small town politics took over. Next year hopefully.

Bottomline here is this is just way to big of a tag to pass up. Greinke has never been anything special in the playoffs, tie in the fact that he's 1-4 last 5 in Zona against the Rox and it gets more appetizing. Gray is no slouch and has had success @ Zona this past season going 2-0. In both starts he went deep into the games posting 20 SO to only 1 BB. That's no fluke either, take a look at his stats over his past 11 starts. He's at 82% SO to BB ration. He's got a nasty mid to upper 90's fastball, a slider that almost touches 90, and a nasty breaking ball. The kid packs the goods that will make batters look foolish. Combination of Gray and the Rox dangerous offense is reason enough to hit this gross overlay.
Talk about a ridiculous overlay....I know Tanaka’s road numbers & astros numbers are terrible but this is just a stupid tag. Public is backing the Stros heavy as well. No reason the yanks can’t win this game.
Thanks flipdog for the winners and agree with you 100%, public tends to put too much stock in past performance without giving it any context.Tanaka likely to dig deeper with this one.
The fact that books are taking the action and juicing the **** out of the over as opposed to moving it up a hook says it all. For whatever reason people are thinking that the bats will come alive tonight. Where have they been in the previous games though and what's going to change tonight? Morton has **** numbers against the yanks but they can't manage to do anything offensively. Girardi went with CC for a specific reason, they have a long history together and he's turning to his guy to move them through this game. I think Gray would be the right move but I'm not the manager. Not sure who takes this game but I'm very confident on the under.
