I don't see how they pick their spreads for these bowl games. I look at strength of schedule for these games and in a ton of cases the proof is in the pudding. Kentucky may NOT be a great team record wise but the competition they've played against tells me a ton and what they've done against it tells me more.
I thought PITT got it together later in the season but they haven't been in the battles of KY and done well in those battles.
