I'm definately hedging this bet but i'm curious to know what others would do in this situation.
The bet is 300 to win 6550 Steelers to win super bowl- Pays 6850
Green Bay is currently -3 (+105) (-140). They were -3(+100) and (-145) last night.
I'm thinking this ML could end up anywhere between -130 and -150.
Assuming the ML was 140 as it is right now what would your bet be on the Pack?

interested in knowing when you guys would place your wager on green bay ML as the difference in 5 dollars is 50dollars in juice per 1000. I know you can't predict the future but where do you think the ML will end up? Should i bang Green Bay now?
Who knows i mean Aaron Rodgers could get abducted by Aliens or someone might pull a Tonya Harding on him.

I think that the line will move closer to a PK as the SB draws near. I would hold out until the day of, or at most, a day or 2 before the game and see where the ML ends up..

I would hammer GB right now for 2000. My opinion for you.

Bodog line moved slightly. Now its Pitt +3 -135 so money coming in on Pitt. I would not bang GB right now as i thinkt the line and ML drops to at least +2.5 but might end up closer to +1.5.

you have a nice situation to be in. You might want to look into a betting exchange... Matchbook has GB at -2.5 and the juice right now is at -104. That is a lot of $$$ you would be saving when dealing with tall Benjamins. I would throw 2500 "units" on -103 juice and wait for public to eat it up. Just my 2 cents. Good luck whatever you decide

the line will go to the steelers. you will get better near to the game as many have just said... Anyway if the 300 are not a big losses for your bankroll and i think not i maybe let it ride till halftime as Dark said... maybe pitt will be up 14 and you can take a huge ML.

till now i see great value in taking pitt +2.5 +100, instead of the ML at +114.

Halftime consideration is interesting. I guess you have to think that through but I am not sure that would work. Worse case scenario is that the Packers were up 14 at halftime, Steelers might be giving points though in the 2nd half and then you are screwed.

I voted for 2000.00, but wait on the line to drop more, wouldn't surprise me if this line went to -1 or less, if it does -120/-110 is in the bag.

I think someone else touched on this. Great way to pick some unbelievable numbers. Take yesterday's game between Bears/Packers, live line kept moving up on Packers as favorite and finally it got to +17.5 and I hammered the Bears. I was looking at the moneyline hard because of the big plus money, but could not pull the trigger with the way the Bears QB was playing. I figured at +17.5 and the way the Bears defense held their own this was decent r/r. Also great way to put money on both sides and get some easy money if you plan right. I found this method by digging through the archives of this forum. If you go back far enough you will find it.

I agree with Sean and Point,i would bet 2000,however wait and watch the line,i feel for sure you will see more money come in on the Steeleers which puts you in a better situation.Congrats on this,hope to catch up with you guys up in AC or Wildwood soon.I will let you buy me the first drink with your winnings!!
