The Bucs’ offense has been dismal this year averaging 13.2 PPG and only 9.2 PPG on the road. The Cowboys have a very strong defense that allows 18.8 PPG and only 16.5 PPG at home. When playing against a team with a losing record in the second half of the season, Dallas has only covered one OVER out of seven attempts in the last three seasons and since '92 they have only covered the OVER 13 times in 46 opportunities. When playing on the road, the Bucs have covered the OVER once out of four contests this year, 5 out of 20 in the last three seasons, and 46 out of 119 games since '92. With numbers like these it is surprising that a majority of the early money is on the OVER.
