It means that your stake is divided between Over 3 and Over 3.5 (3.25 essentially in some bookies)

So it is basically like 2 bets

If there are 3 goals in the game half your stake is returned and the other lost.

You need more than 3 goals to win.

eels the Asian handicap is tough to understand. I usually just stick to the standard lines that are out there, although some books change it up.

The ML on Real Madrid to qualify for the finals fell from +450 down to +325. Looks like the books are getting a little worried about a big dog coming in.

Its tempting but Im just sticking with the Over play in this one.
