mostly yes, but on certain games i have filters where the dog must close at least +3 or +6. coz the lines fluctuate so much do to injuries, weather, etc, i normally dont lock in the plays until sun morning

 Ravens/Houston site threatened

They will probably have to make a decision if there will need to be a change in the site of this game long before "Ike" decides what to do.

Does it pay to pull the trigger on the 4.5 points before it may decline 2-3 points if the game is moved to a neutral site?

With the Saints on the road, wouldn't it be ironic if they moved the game here?
