NBA Saturday

Mr 50/50 has had some good luck in the NBA since declaring myself that three days ago....:-)

Anyway, looking at all three home teams today:

Milwaukee played pretty badly on Thursday and still came within a play of winning. I think this could be a double digit win today as I just don't see New Jersey stringing together two straight road wins.

New Orleans and Philly series could be a home dominated series in my mind. Both this game and the Sac/Utah have a great 32-10 5* system favoring the home teams. This one certainly looks better than Utah.

Utah won't get swept, and with the Webber situation for the Kings, this could be a good place for Utah to steal a win. Utah has historically been a tough place for the kings to win.

thoughts anyone?

like them all except

Only one game makes me nervous is the jazz..Just dont see them winning this game with or without c webb.. Kings looking for a sweep here and have the players to do so. At the start of the 1st round i thought they were the only team with the talent to sweep and i think they just might

for tomorrow...minny win again

Today I am going with Jersey and Sac. GL, unless you have the opposites.

Mil and the Under

The low seed Bucks will come to play tonight after getting dominated early and losing after making it close. They will keep a couple of things going here. One, the lower seeds in the East have been able to play with the "better" teams of the weaker Eastern Conference. Two, the East has been back and forth with teams adjusting to each other (Ziggy Zugga, Ziggy Zugga, Ziggy Zugga, Oi, Oi, Oi). Surprisingly, all of the games against NJ that the Bucks have won have gone under, and all the games NJ has won have gone over (except the 1st one played). Remembering the trade was at the beginning of this year, we can eliminate the 1st game. "Quid pro quo Clareese", all of the games played in Mil went over. Although, the two regular season games were pre-trade and the last one was thursdays game.

Leaning heavily towards the Kings and 6'rs later.

I'm going to stick with my 3rd game theory that has been working so far. The better talent comes out in these game 3's after the 1st two games of the evaluating and adjustment process. Have to watch the injury situation though. I wouldn't really mind Webber being out, the rest of the "team" would bring their awesome talents to the forfront. Davis is a great talent but over-rated IMO, especially team wise. Mashburn being out is going to hurt one of NO strengths of size inside.

Also maybe under Philly and Kings over
Can Iverson keep this up? Is Davis up to snuff and capable to beat Philly's D without Mash? Kings are smelling blood with the Laker loss and will come to win this game against a team that has played them well in the past. This means uptempo run and gun. If a starter like Webber is out, I think it hurts their defensive continuity more and they will also want to run even more. Webber has that Charles Barkley "I going to stand here for a second and hold the ball in the wing before I feel like doing anything" mentality at times that may not be here tonight if he is out.
