Tough call. Oliver's WHIP is terrible, and Meyer's K/BB ratio isn't that great. If it comes down to bats, Philly has 35 hits in their last five games, and Colorado has 51 although 3 of their last five (they've won 5 of their last 7) were in the friendly confines of Coors Field. I'd take a slight lean towards the Rockies.
