Australian Open Day 3 Contest

Rules are simple:

1. You pick your two "best bets" whatever those may be.
2. Post your winner and the line you got it at.

I'll keep track of everyone. Good luck!

Here is the schedule of play for today:

Here's a winner, but you need to put her in parlays.

Pliskova (-800)

She destroyed most of the field in last week's tournament. She beat up on Gerber, who is highly ranked, running her around the court like Gerber was her puppet. Note: she did lose to Kvitova in a tough 3 set final, but Kvitova is currently also at the top of her game.

She should roll past Dodin, the French woman who racked up a good record last year in the lower tier WTA tournaments, but will be no match for Pliskova, who is going great guns.

I'll even go so far as to say she upsets the first player she meets who is a higher seed than her in the next rounds.

Thanks. She did not play like she did last week, but she survived.

Parlayed with the NHL Black Hawks pick I made on Lipps' thread for a nice night.
