 IIHF World Championships Prelim Round....5/7/08...

Finland -1.5 -150 O 5.5 -130
Slovakia +1.5 +110 U 5.5 -110

Finland has added some firepower with Saku Koivu. Both of Slovakias games have had 6 goals scored. Both teams will probably advance to the next round and should play a little more open as well. Will go with the over.

 update.............

Slovakia/Finland over 5.5 (loser)

Hard to believe, 6 minutes into the 2nd period, 5 goals were scored. Over the last 34 minutes of the game, not a single goal scored, not even an empty netter.......bugger
