Atlanta/Detroit Saturday Night Football
Atlanta -3.5
No shed here but a very solid play. Detroit has a crappy running game and really it is Stafford to Megatron on probably 1/3 of their plays. The problem with that is Atlanta has a pretty solid secondary. It is not great but it is good enough. Their nickel guy, McClain has been solid. He picked Peyton and has not allowed a TD catch this year. Him and Samuel are solid, Dunta Robinson is the weak guy but I think they can mask it since Detroit has no other real weapons at WR.
The Atlanta OL is also very solid. The Giants are good and they did not get much pressure on Ryan. At the same time, Detroit could get very little pressure on the Arizona QB last week.
Since Ryan has gotten back on track he has been superb. He should have time and either Jones or White will be up against a rookie CB. That is big trouble. I think it will be Jones vs Jonte Green and Jones is going to smoke him all night.
Add in the fact that Detroit is one of the worst teams in football vs. TE's and Atlanta has one of the best TE's out there and they should have no trouble scoring here.
Detroit will manage to score some points but not enough to keep up with Atlanta. Falcons will outscore Detroit, they are just too fast and have too many weapons.
Their are alot of positive situations that favor Det + the pts

Not sure why people add to your thread. Nice call. Looking forward to tomorrow. Just had one of the best nights of my life. Watched Holiday with my wife. Good. Drunk. Night.
