In column N you're taking the difference between the predicted spread (column M) and the home team's winning percentage (column D). You should be taking the difference between the predicted spread (column M) and the home team's actual spread (column C).

The line on NY being off 8.25 would have to drop to -8 to be a play. With Carmello Anthony questionable for the game, it's probably a no play anyhow.

On Sunday I had the Philadelphia line off by 11+ but was no play due to an injury.

There is no way the Knicks will be a play:

1) Carmelo did not play in the last game (starters must be back for a full week to become a play again). They cannot be a play all week

and also

2) even if Carmelo played last game and the line was -9, Houston played last night voiding any chance of a play
