Football @ Candlestick Park

My brother who does some consulting work
for the Dolphins flew out Saturday, and
took myself and my kids to the game
Sunday.
I don't go to football games much,
preferring to watch from the couch when
not working. I'm a baseball guy as you
guys know.
The game was great, and couldn't ask
for better company.
The question is anybody go to Niner games?
It took two hours to get from the parking
lot to the freeway. Total cluster f**k!
Is this like that every Sunday?
For one, I don't plan on ever doing so
again!
Ralph

i've seen a handful of games in buffalo, nothing like that....obviously buffalo and frisco
are worlds apart. you need a dogsled in buffalo in the winter.

candlestick blows

went to a game a few years ago around xmas time while visiting family. They need to tear down that old stadium and build something new.

The food options were horrible inside as well.

I hear you. Used to to Giants games
back when. They ARE building a new
Stadium in Santa Clara. I'm sure it will
way better. Lastly, what a different crowd
than Giants game! Man, the testosterone
level is unbelieveable. Guys looking for
fights everywhere. Loud and obnoxious!

I hit traffic at all sports venues unless the home team is aweful. I went to some Panther games pre Cam no traffic. Same here in Oakland .

I wake up every morning, look out the window and see that new stadium. My apt is staring right at that thing. I personally can't wait. Even though I'm a die hard Seahawks fan, I can't wait to watch a game there. (against the Hawks tho cuz I can't stomach watching just the Niners)
