Both of these teams have been big disappointments and played below their perceived ability this year. That being said, wtf is Carolina doing favored over anybody? In my humble opinion the Eagles should be laying the three points instead. I look at this situation tonight and I say to myself, two sh.tty teams are playing each other, neither of them has any real reason to play other than pride, and the home team is a 7/5 dog. Would it surprise me if Carolina won the game? No. If I'm gonna bet a stinker, I'm gonna have my "perceived" best of it with the dog.
