Bet the Shed, CHI vs SF
Just want to give a heads up. MNF will be the 49ers all the way. If you want to bet it early it is not a bad idea. -5 is what I am seeing right now and that is a very good line. Chicago is not as good as people think they are, sorry Chi fans. I was already looking towards this game after that tough CHI/HOU game last Sunday night. With Cutler out the game just gets better. BIG letdown for CHI here and SF is just the better team by quite a bit.
SF -5 Bet the Shed!
I will post more tomorrow or Monday, I just wanted to go ahead and toss it out there.

The -5 was based on early line. Without Cutler and with Smith it went up to 6.5 or 7. 5 would be nice but we are looking at 6-7 now. That is fine. At least buy it to a half.
SF -?
As long as it is below 7 it is good to go.

Its hard to go against you, your bet the shed bets have hit every time that i remember recently. I just worry about SF offense being able to score on Chicago. They did just recently struggle against the Rams even know the final score said 24 it was a tough 24 points. And with that being said Chicago is WAY better on the defensive side then the Rams. They put up a good fight against the NFL best Texans but with that being said ill back you.

Jason Campbell is a capable QB. He was never given a real chance on any of those ****burger teams he played on (wash, oak). CHI defense keeps them in it. SF wins by 4. 17-13, 14-10.
13 or 10 points really isn't being a capable qb tho. lol. I give that credit to SF D.

TAKE AWAY THE SHED
I have doubts about this one. I like the play but can we just remove the shed part please!
Be careful is what I am saying. I do not have that feeling on this one. I cannot find enough supporting evidence. I also do not like the line going from 5 to 7.
Just a regular play here, not special enough to be a shed. When I had to change the line from my original post I had doubts. Now, waking up this morning, I just cannot give this one the shed backing. I just do not have enough. This one is more of a hunch play.
I like SF but the play is mostly because CHI played Sunday night and played hard in the rain on primetime. I watched the Texans play a tough game in primetime and come back next week in primetime and get slaughtered by the Packers. It may have me biased but I do think it applies here. I do feel Chi has a letdown here but I do worry about the SF offense covering a 7 pt spread.
I will say, everything I posted last week in the CHI/HOU game still applies. Chi's numbers on Defense are very inflated because of a weak schedule. I am pretty confident SF can run on them and SF will not turn the ball over like other teams. SF is good because they are excellent at playing field position ball and they play smart all the time. SF is really just Houston of the NFC. I think they are just a little worse on both sides of the ball but better at special teams.
Good game, I like SF but no shed, still a good wager. CHI is overrated. Their schedule has been weak. They have played very few good teams. They cannot stop a good running game and cb's are suspect. Same deal as with Houston but this week instead of getting a point we are giving 7, that is why it is not a shed bet but just a solid wager.
I am interested to know how often these teams that play back to back primetime games do poorly in the 2nd game.

If you watched the Texans game you will know if CHI came out that Sunday night game in any shape like Houston they could have some problems. Houston was flat as a pancake on D until the 4th quarter. It all has to do with that battle with CHI last sunday night.
This is not a shed bet but -7 I feel is still a good wager, I would buy .5 but would not bet the shed only because it is MNF and MNF is always sketchy to me. I will dig some more though.

On the other hand, STL/SF last week was an OT tie and STL played flat today. They are not that good but both of these teams might be bad on the Def side tomorrow night.

I still like SF but only for 1 unit...and leaning to over 36 , but will most likely leave that alone...Totals are tough , at least in these primetime games...

Chi D is flat, just like Texans were.
Kaepernick is a player. Probably better than some of the starting Qbs in the nfl right now. Dangerous kid. I think SF is much more dangerous with him than Smith but Smith is a good game manager.
Lots of ball left but Chi is showing why they are overrated. Good team equals bad defense. Chi is going to burn a lot of money for bettors down the stretch, lucky they have a pretty easy schedule but they cannot be trusted against any team that has a decent offense.
RB/Teams left for CHI
A. Peterson
M. Lynch
A. Peterson
GBAY PROB Benson
ARZ PROB Wells
DET no RB needed with MEGATRON
Lines will be interesting. I think betting against CHI is the smart way to make some money down the stretch. Minnesota will give them hell both times especially if Harvin is healthy. Seattle depends on the line but Lynch is dangerous. GBAY yep too much Offense. ARZ/DET? Time will tell.

I know. That thought is all up in my head right now. I had it all wrapped up then I worried about that SF OT game and how bad STL looked yesterday. This one was a slam dunk and I kinda layed it up. They still have to finish but CHI looks like ****.
Who had the hardest game this week? I am thinking Hou/Jax, especially Jax playing almost 90 plays on defense. But Hou has to fly to Detroit and play Thursday, they both probably are going to have issues.

Wish I wouldve seen this....
before I made my contest pick. I made Chicago my pick because they are tough on the road and instead of capping it out making an "educated pick" I played the normally strong road team at the very last minute. Nica call.
