MLB Monday
Great time was had by all at AT&T last night. As loud as it was last night, it promises to be even louder tonight.
I remember sitting in the stands in 2006(?), and watching one of Matt Cain's first starts in the majors. I still remember having that feeling that this kid was going to be special. I don't even remember if he won or lost. I just sensed that I was looking at someone that I was going to watch and root for,for a lot of years.
Win or lose, we out here could not imagine anyone else on the mound tonight. Come on Matty Ice...to the promised land!!

Don't think so Mike.
I called in sick yesterday, although nobody believed I was. However, I really didn't expect to have to explain to my owner,
who spotted me in the parking lot after the game, about my miraculous recovery. Small world isn't it?!!
Don't think it will fly two days in a row.
I sold another one of my houses and had to sign the papers this morning for a small 20k profit. While I was out and about I stopped by Station Casino's here and it's was still at 7 but has gone down to 6.5 almost every where else. People were betting the Giant's on the RL and the Under 7 while I was there. I just stayed with the ML and the under it's low enough and got the hell out of there before I did something stupid. lol !!
I really dont care as long as the Giant's win tonight as that's where I put the most of my wager.
Off to pick up some snacks and a couple of beers for the game tonight...
Can't wait till game time...

STATION CASINO!!!
Another sign of it being a small world. I once dated a cocktail waitress there!!!
Pretty gal, moved down there from Reno where I met her. At another casino....is there a pattern here??!

From the PDA
I was in Santa Maria yesterday and almost made the cruise down the 101today, wasn't too sure that I'd be able to get into the game though.
I'll be viewing it at a Lounge...
Lets go Gigantes!!!

I think I am starting to feel a little dizzy at work. Game starts at 5PM, and its a half hour drive home!! I think maybe, maybe I can pull it off...doesn't thirteen years in the same place give you a little seniority for Heaven's Sake!!
Glad to see everybody on the Giants. This from a Cardinal fan of some 60 years. Do or die tonight and will be rooting on the winner in the series, but gotta say the champ is the champ until somebody beats them.
Cardinals another team that never says die and my money says Cards in a tight, low scoring one. Hoping for a good game.....
