 Week #1 Power Ratings?

Have the NFL power ratings been adjusted at all from the ending ratings of last year, or are do they start this season with last years ending rating and then adjusted after the opening game?

The NFL Power Ratings are adjusted slightly in the offseason, only for teams with major personnel changes. (For instance, Peyton Manning moving to Denver) In most cases, the ratings stay the same as the end of the previous year.
