Friday College Basketball

5* Purdue vs Cal-Fullerton Under 146.5

Points will be difficult for Titans and I expect them to be a little more difficult defensively then some might expect.Under is 35-17 in Titans last 52 overall and have held 8 of last 10 opponents to 71 or less.Purdue should keep Titans scoring in check unless Titans get hot from 3 land, but I think Purdue will keep them below 30% there and when Titans shoot below 30% on 3's the Under is 6-2. I think this game will stay in 130s. GL

3* Marshall +12.5 vs Wichita.St

This is a game for Friday where I really see a chance for SU upset. Shockers come into this game having allowed opposition to hit 38% + of their 3's in 7 of last 10 games and are 8-2 last 10 with only 2 wins by double digits. To tighten this up a bit, Shockers are 7-20-1 ATS in their last 28 neutral site games and 1-8 ATS in their last 9 Friday games.Marshall 24-10 with just 3 of those losses by more then 11 and 4 point loss to Xavier suggest they can at least keep this close.GL

JT,yeah Bulls getting +6 tomorrow,I dont think that will last long. Will add later for night games. This is last day game of any interest.

3* Butler -1.5 vs Arkansas

Arkansas has about 7 wins that could have easily flipped them into a 16-18 type team and as much as I some of the SEC entries, Razorbacks are vulnerable here. Razorbacks 23-11 with average margin in 11 losses 14.5ppg and are 6-13-1 ATS in their last 20 games vs. a team with a winning straight up record.
Butler at 20-13 has some solid wins on resume and an incredible 40-16-2 ATS in their last 58 neutral site games even if those were numbers built before Lavall Jordans 1st season.I like Butler here.

So Brutus , does Taylor buy Browns 4-6 wins this year? Browns had about 8 games that they could have won in 0-16 year so maybe this is fit that gets them closer to a .500 season?

The Browns have the 5th toughest schedule next year. Yes 4-6 would be a good number I would think...
I wish they would draft the rb from penn state at #1 and Fitzpatrick at 4.. but I don’t see it happening now..

At least we’ll get a few wins and we’re headed in the right direction. Finally

My last one for Friday, I am going to get kicked by regression with so many plays. So going to kick back and enjoy match ups.

5* Murray.St +10 vs West Virginia

Smelling upset here and one reason is recent history of 5 vs 12. But also Murray.St 19-2 last 21 with 2 losses by total of 12 points while Racers have 13 of those 19 wins by double digits. They are obviously in a much weaker conference then WVU,but still have been dominant against these teams. They also have 4 point loss to Auburn on resume, so this team can play. Motivation problems abounded for WVU this season and were apparent in narrow wins over Marist and Pitt.I think Racers get upset win here. GLTA
