The B's in another wild one, the Blues pull off the rare 3-0 breakaway to win it in OT and a very low scoring night. Look to fade the Blues tonight. Allen should get the start for them and they are ripe for the pickin'

I have had questions on liking the Oilers.

So here you go.....

Ok, here is the view. The books are putting a higher price tag on the Oilers than most think it should be. In most peoples view, no way should the defending Champs be this high of a dog, even on B2B and a bad goaltender in net. The Oilers should be favored and this is almost exactly what the line should be. I had them at -145, The algorithms, are saying about -135.

But everyone thinks the Blues are such a great value at this price. They are not a value at all.

Their last 3 of 4 games have went to OT
Bad goaltending if Allen starts, which he should
Oilers have only lost one game in regulation at home
Smith has just been a beast his last couple of games

The Blues have won 7 of their last 8 games. The books are not in the business of giving away money. Don't go for the empty net, just feather the puck out of your zone (More teams should do this)

It's a trap, stay away from the Blues

Now with all that said, I have the Oilers with a 62% of winning this game. So never a slam dunk, but I like them enough wager on them. And yes I am hedging my bet by playing a -1 line, with a +117 payback.

Some huge juice out there today, be very careful. The B's a huge -245 on the road. Yes they will almost certain win, but not at -250. I will play them but it will be on the PL

Game in Sweden today at 2 PM ET. Even with Buffalo returning a number of players home today in Sweden I can't see TB dropping this one. Both teams have been on a slide as of late. But just slightly too iffy for me. If there is any play it would be an under.

Vegas is the big juice for the day. I have them at about a 65% chance for a win. But of course sure don't play them on a ML. I see great value in the Isles today, very short price for a team that I have at around a 69% chance for sweet victory. In fact I find this line a bit fishy.......Yeah again, see what I did there, Isles....fishy...... ok, I will stick with puck talk.
