Here are the rules for the final game of the contest:

1. Only POINTSPREAD and OVER/UNDER straight plays (NO parlays) are allowed using the lines I post in this thread - nothing else will be recognized.

2. Maximum of 4 plays and each play must be unique; i.e., you can NOT play the same SUPERBOWL POINTSPREAD winner more than once.

3. Plays can be rated as any one of the following and each rating can only be used ONCE:

200★
150★
120★
100★

For example, you can NOT have two 200★ plays or two 150★, etc. - if you do, only the 1st play will be used.

4. Results will be added or subtracted as whole numbers. If you lose the 150★ play, you just lose 150★.

5. Once a play has been posted, it can NOT be cancelled. You CAN play the other side, but not for the same number of ★ as your original play.

6. I will post the lines based on the current lines @ THE GREEK SPORTSBOOK.

7. I will periodically post new lines when I see a change @ THE GREEK SPORTSBOOK. But until I post the new line, the old line will remain in effect.

8. In order to keep a level playing field, only the lines that I post can be used. Once a play is made, it is locked in with that line.


I will post the final standings after everyone's results from the SUPER BOWL have been calculated.

geg1951, thanks for the old reference to Jimmy Durante, a.k.a. The Snoz!

He was one of great old funny men from yesteryear.

Among other things, it reminded me of when he kicked the bucket in the old comedy classic, It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World.

There were a whole lot of funny men & women in that movie with a whole lot of laughs.

A movie that I saw during the holidays that had a whole lot of laughs is Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle.

That movie has been the #1 at the box office for the last 3 consecutive weekends.

I can see why - it was a real funny movie!
