Key Element or playtowin play

i will give credit where it is due here and yes I am copying and pasting this from another site

MLB 2012 Regular Season: 363-369 +245.87 Units 6.72% ROI

MLB 2012 Playoffs: 12-9-3 +10.29 Units 14.6% ROI

MLB 2012 @ 1 unit per play = +51.23 Net Units

5.15.2013, 4-1-1, +16.55 Units, +66.2% ROI

YTD – 101-99-16, +53.09 Units, +5.37% ROI

5 & 9 Innings – ALWAYS Specify Pitchers – NO action plays

All plays are 5 Units Flat, unless otherwise noted

Red Sox-Rays F5 Over 4 (-115) FG Over 8 (+100) (Doubront / Cobb)

I don’t know who drove down the opener of 8.5 but I sure appreciate it. That fellow probably figures the Red Sox won’t hit Cobb and the Rays can’t hit at all, but that ain’t the case. Maybe he figures Joe West behind the plate will hold the score down, but Joe’s form does not indicate that. The Red Sox sticks are hot enough to hit Cobb at least a little and contribute something, but the Rays versus lefty is really good. They are 8-4-2 in the 5 inning game and have an offensive era of 5.5 per 9. Versus a relatively poor lefty like Doubront that pace should continue.

wanted to give the entire post for everyone, so they can understand the plays, hope this helps

5.20.2013, 0-3-1, -15 Units, -100% ROI (No Play 5/19)

YTD – 102-107-17, +19.09 Units, +1.85% ROI

5 & 9 Innings – ALWAYS Specify Pitchers – NO action plays

All plays are 5 Units Flat, unless otherwise noted

Orioles F5 (-116) FG (xNPx) (Hughes / Gonzalez)

Reds F5 (-109) FG (xNPx) (Leake / Niese)

Astros F5 (+111 FG (xNPx) (Davis / Norris)

So many sad things happen at points in a season. Davis has sunk to his low point of mediocrity, Moustakas can’t hit a bull in the arse with a banjo, and Hosmer has become an opposite field, slap shot, Punch and Judy hitter. They will break out of it but in the meantime the Royals should not be favored.

we get this one early today

When did I know I was in trouble yesterday? Immediately after the first inning ended. In a pitchers duel if your chucker strikes out the side in the first and your first two batters reach base in the bottom of the first you are 5 batters into the game and looking good. But, it is critical to any team to get at least one of those guys home and you really should score both. Gonzalez slipped off the hook and after that we had the pitchers duel. (Sigh)

Cubs F5 (+123) FG (+130) (Jackson / Gomez)

There is no better way to take advantage of a distorted line than to have a team and pitcher bettors hate on the road versus an inflated opponent that can’t hit and can’t sustain their most recent results.

Edwin Jackson has actually been respectable on the road this season posting a 3.22 ERA with opponents hitting just .190 against him. In his last four starts vs. the Pirates Jackson has gone 24 and 2/3 innings allowing 7 earned, good for a 2.55 ERA. On April 3rd of this year, Jackson started at Pittsburgh and went 5 innings allowing just 2 earned runs while walking one batter and striking out five.

The Pirates as a team are hitting just .244 vs. right handed pitching this season. This projected lineup is hitting just .232 off of Jackson lifetime. The Cubs bullpen was given the night off as Samardzija threw 7 innings and Villanueva saw his first relief inning of the season after being pushed out of the starting rotation. The Pirates surely have the edge in the bullpen overall but the Cubs bullpen is actually 4th in all of baseball with a 1.78 ERA after given a one day rest.

Jeanmar Gomez has been great for the Pirates since joining the rotation. His 2.89 ERA as a starter is far more than the Pirates expected from him as he fills in until Morton returns from injury. He has walked 14 batters while striking out just 19 in 32 and a third innings which would suggest he is prone to being wild at times and is not overwhelming his opponents with swing-through stuff. The Cubs are hitting right handed pitching at a .254 clip this season. They are far better vs. right handed pitching than they are left handed pitching, which they've seen the first two games of this three game set. Statistically I think we see the best lineup for the Cubs vs right handed pitching.

must be talking about playtowin

at the bottom, I guess he is not Key Element, would like to hear from Key Element, wish he was here

YTD – 107-111-19, +29.83 Units, +2.77% ROI

5 & 9 Innings – ALWAYS Specify Pitchers – NO action plays

All plays are 5 Units Flat, unless otherwise noted

Orioles F5 (+137) FG (+139) (Garcia / Dickey)

Prior to the season we probably would have made Dickey well more than -200 versus Freddy Garcia at home. Today he should not be -149. His own performance and that of his offense versus righties just doesn’t justify that.

Cubs F5 (+155) FG (+160) (Wood / Bailey)

Yeah, I know, hold your nose. The Reds are rolling, no doubt about that, but they are doing so much better versus righty than lefty. Just 5-7-3 with an offensive era of 2.9 per nine versus the last 15 they have faced does not justify a -170 line. Wood is in as good a form as we have ever seen him and the Flubbies are 8-6-1 last 15 versus righty with an offensive era of 4.8. Long story, short version, the Reds are over valued here.

If you are going to copy and then paste at Statfox don’t forget to give credit where credit is due!

Posting

I will settle it by posting the same plays here but without prior years record, since that was not posted here. Thanx for the invitation.
