I left Chicago five years ago.

The only time I go back in is for a White Sox or Blackhawks game. And Christmas Eve....(but that is very likely to end soon).

All these cities were in major financial difficulty going into to the Black Looters Matter protests....and now they are in horrid shape. Taxes WILL go up big. Services are already being diminished. NY has garbage PILING up everywhere. Wait till winter. IF we have a real winter, like a couple years ago, these cities (NY, Detroit, Chicago) won't be able to cope.

Grew up with Jason Cloherty. He's the cop this thread was started about. The bald stocky white guy. Shot in the throat at Grand and Central. Bullet just missed a few vital spots by millimeters. He's 46 with three kids. My brother is a couple years older. Has worked the same district and many other hotter ones. On gang units and SOS teams.
