CFL YTD 3-2(+3*s)

Friday 6-29 CFL

4* BC +6.5 vs Edmonton

BC has lost 3 straight to Edmonton but 8 of last 10 meetings decided by 7 or less and this again should be a close game.Neither of these two teams have looked spectacular this season early on but I give motivational edge to BC and if Jennings can make solid decisions they should be able to grab win here. I like the points.GL

5* Montreal vs Saskatchewan Under 45

Willy and Collaros with combined 4-3 TD/Int ratio and loser in last 4 games in this series has averaged just over 11 PPG and I am not sure it will be any better tonight as Montreal averaging just 11 ppg in 2 preseason and regular season games. This Montreal offense looks like something out of 1940s CFL in respect to scoring.Saskatchewan is struggling offensively and Montreal was humiliated on defense last week allowing 56. I expect Montreal to have an elevated effort this week on defense and Under is 23-3 in Alouettes last 26 games in June. GL

7-5 Thursday CFL YTD 4-3(+4*s)

3* Saskatchewan +7 vs Hamilton

Line is an overreaction to Brandon Bridges poor performance last week.Bridge, while nothing spectacular, has 10-4 TD/Int ratio last year and I expect collectively Roughriders will play better at home off loss to Montreal.Interestingly Roughriders have won last 3 in series and Hamilton is 10-26-1 ATS in their last 37 meetings.Roughriders are 7-2 ATS in their last 9 games following a ATS loss and I wont be surprised with a big performance and win tonight.GL

7-7 Saturday CFL YTD 5-3(+7*s)

2* Edmonton vs Toronto Under 56

My instincts tell me that off a bye week and being plastered in last game that Toronto defensively will have it ramped up.James Franklin is still getting comfortable so I think this game stays in low 50s. GL

7-12 Thursday CFL YTD 6-3(+9*s)

2* Ottawa +3.5 vs Calgary

Nice short revenge spot for Ottawa from a loss two weeks ago to Calgary where they trailed just 10-7 going into 4th quarter and lost 24-14.I think motivational edge favors Ottawa so will grab points. GL

7-21 Saturday CFL YTD 6-4(+7*s)

2* Montreal +19.5 vs Calgary

I think this is a pretty bad spot for Calgary motivationally. Calgary won last meeting 59-11 and 4 of 4 wins this season by double digits and now get an ugly 1-3 Montreal team coming in.If this weren't Montreal I would rate this a bit higher because of situation.GL

7-27 Friday CFL YTD 7-4(+9*s)

3* Toronto +11 vs Winnipeg

Extract 41-7 pasting at hands of Calgary and Toronto has lost by average of just 9 points while bringing in 1-4 record. This is short revenge for Toronto and chance to make adjustments to Winnipeg.Winnipeg is backed by some favorable trends, but I favor the situation here for Toronto and the double digits. GL

8-2 Thursday CFL YTD 7-5(+6*s)

5* Ottawa vs Toronto Under 48

Toronto was blasted last Two weeks allowing 38 and 40 points and will have a home crowd to help them atone for miserable performance.Under is 6-2 in Argonauts last 8 games overall and it's 9-1 in RedBlacks last 10 vs. East. The last 5 games in this series have averaged 48 ppg and Toronto is giving 30 year old Mcleod Bethel-Thompson his first start in CFL.Not sure Bethel-Thompson will make much difference but I think Argo defense will step it up here and this game should stay in low 40s.

8-4 Saturday CFL YTD 7-6(+1*)

3* BC +11.5 vs Calgary

Hard to buck a Calgary team 42-6 last 48 home game, but BC is in dire need of a W and Lulay looks like he is getting more comfortable at QB each week.BC has lost 3 of last 4, so I think they will have some urgency here and keep this close. I like the double digits. GL

8-9 CFL YTD 8-6(+4*)

4* BC +3.5 vs Edmonton

BC is 2-4 and definetely needing to bring a little extra at home to get back into hunt in West Division.Lions kept game with Calgary relatively close last week and this is also a revenge spot for 41-22 loss absorbed to Edmonton back in June.Edmonton is 5-2 while outscoring opponents by just 30 points overall and are off three straight wins,so BC should have a solid enerty edge tonight. I like BC . GL

8-10 CFL YTD 9-6(+8*)

CFL Friday 8-10

3* Winnipeg -5.5 vs Hamilton

Blue Bombers are a tasty 19-8 ATS in their last 27 games overall and get to mix in a little revenge tonight as they lost to Hamilton earlier in season without QB Matt Nichols.Hamilton is off a demolition of one of worst CFL teams in recent memory in Montreal and they have trouble when stepping up in caliber and being consistent.Tiger-Cats are 5-12 ATS in their last 17 games following a straight up win.I will lay 5.5 with Winnipeg. GL

8-17 CFL YTD 10-6(+11*)

3* Ottawa vs Winnipeg Under 54

Outside of collapse against Toronto where Ottawa allowed 42, this defense has allowed around 20 ppg and Under is 24-9 in Ottawas last 33 games following a ATS loss.Winnipeg has kept last three opponents at home to under 20 ppg average and only 3 of last 8 meetings between these teams has gone over 54. I like Under tonight. GL
