 CFB outplay

The College Football Outplay Factor rating lines in the Platinum Sheet don't seem to align with the online version of Outplay Factor. Is there an issue or is there a difference that I don't yet understand. Thanks.

 Same issue ...

The NFL Outplay numbers in the Platinum Sheet do not match the online numbers.

Please advise ... or at least tell me which one is correct.
