Washington lost to Philadelphia 2 weeks ago and is now home avenging. One reason this line is so high is Washington without starting QB, but replacement has a solid background and good receivers and Washington playing well defensively.Philadelphia is 6-0 and I think motivationally this is a good spot for Washington getting this many at home.
